Hillside Grand Tudor

Our contemporary renovation of this historic 1911 Tudor home retained its rich character wherever possible. The project required excavation of a substantial hillside, a front facade restoration, and re-positioning the rear windows and deck to capture its expansive views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Additions included a new central stair capped with skylights that cast light throughout the center of the house, a windowed playroom open to the rear garden, a windowed gym, and an office alongside the kitchen.
