Noe Valley Edwardian

We thoroughly renovated this graceful 1904 Edwardian, recapturing its original character and creating a dynamic, contemporary flow. Two au-pair/rental units were relocated to the ground floor by way of excavation of the former garage and basement, then reimagined to include separate guest/owner access and glass doors along a new side pathway to the rear garden that floods the rooms with natural light.
